How long does delivery take?
Card payments are fulfilled automatically. Once WiPay confirms the payment we order the card and email you the code — usually inside a minute, occasionally a few minutes if the brand is slow to issue. Bank transfers are manual: we release the code once the transfer shows up in the account, so allow for banking hours.
Are these US gift cards, and will they work on my account?
Most of them are US-region codes that have to be redeemed on an account or store set to the United States — which is normally what you want from Trinidad & Tobago: an Amazon.com, US App Store, Google Play, Steam, Xbox or Netflix account set to the United States takes a US card. A US card will not redeem on an account registered to a different country, so check your account's country setting before you buy.
Not everything is US-region, though. A handful of cards are global — Razer Gold, PUBG Mobile UC, Mobile Legends Diamonds, Airalo eSIM and the Rewarble prepaid Visa among them — and those are not tied to a US account. Two of the prepaid Visa cards go the other way and are accepted only by US merchants. Every product page states its own region in the “Card region” row, and that is the statement to go by. If your account is set to T&T and you are not sure, message us on WhatsApp first and we will tell you rather than sell you a code you cannot use.
Why is the price in TTD higher than the US dollar face value?
Every card is bought in US dollars and resold to you in TT dollars, so the price includes the exchange rate on the day plus our margin. The TTD figure on the card is the total — there is no separate fee at checkout, and because your bank is charged in TTD you avoid the foreign-currency conversion fee a US site would add.
Can I pay with a Trinidad and Tobago bank card?
Yes. Card payments run through WiPay, a Trinidad and Tobago payment gateway, and are charged in TTD. Some local banks send a one-time password to your email rather than by SMS, so check your inbox if the code doesn't arrive on your phone.
What if my payment goes through but no code arrives?
You will always get a receipt email the moment payment clears, even if the code takes longer. If the code hasn't arrived shortly after that, check your spam folder, then send us your order reference on WhatsApp and we'll finish the delivery by hand.
Do the cards expire, and can I get a refund?
Expiry is set by the brand, not by us — it's shown in the redemption instructions on each card's page. Because a gift card code is spendable the moment it's issued, delivered codes can't be refunded. If a code is faulty or already redeemed when it reaches you, contact us with your order reference and we'll replace it.
Who runs MageClient, and where are you based?
MageClient is a Trinidad & Tobago business, built by Telic and hosted by ServersRus.net. Cards are sourced through an international gift card distribution platform that issues each code fresh against your order, card payments are processed by WiPay, a Trinidad and Tobago payment gateway, and support is answered locally on WhatsApp at +1 868 478-1217.
Do I need a US credit card or a US address to buy?
No. That is the point of buying the card here: you pay in TT dollars with a Trinidad-issued card, and the gift card itself carries the US-dollar balance. No US billing address, no US bank, no foreign-currency fee.
Which cards can I buy?
We deliberately do not stock the whole US catalogue. We stock the cards a person in Trinidad can actually redeem — Amazon, Apple, Google Play, Roblox, Steam, Xbox, Netflix, Spotify, Razer Gold, Nike, Sephora, virtual Visa and Mastercard, Airbnb and more. Cards for US dine-in restaurants, US-only delivery apps and physical-store-only chains are left out on purpose, because you would not be able to spend them.
