I paid and no code arrived
First check the inbox you typed at checkout, including spam — the receipt and the code are two separate emails and the code sometimes lands second. If the receipt is there but the code is not, the payment went through and the delivery is what stalled: send us the order reference and we will issue it by hand. Do not pay again.
My card was declined
The usual cause is the one-time password. Several Trinidad banks send the OTP to your email rather than by SMS, so check there before assuming the card failed. Republic Bank cards beginning 4230 or 5200 are known not to work for online payments — use another card. If the charge failed you were not billed; a pending hold clears on its own.
Will this card work on my account?
It depends on the card, and every product page says which. Most of what we sell is US-region: it works when your account's country is set to the United States, and it will not redeem on an account registered to Trinidad & Tobago or anywhere else. Some cards — Razer Gold, PUBG Mobile UC, Mobile Legends, Airalo and a couple of the prepaid cards — are global and are not tied to a US account at all. Check the “Card region” row on the product page before you buy. If you are not sure, message us before you pay and we will check with you — we would rather answer a question than issue a code you cannot use.
You do not stock the card I want
Quite possibly on purpose — we leave out cards that cannot be redeemed from here. But if it is a card that genuinely works from T&T and we have missed it, tell us the brand and we can usually add it from the supplier catalogue within a day.
Before you message
Have your order reference to hand — it is in the subject line of your receipt email and
looks like MGC-20260904-0001. With it we can see the payment, the delivery
attempt and the exact error in seconds. Without it, we are guessing.
